HOLY COW



i must say,
telephone marketing/sales.

tsk tsk tsk.


Received a call this afternoon from this Image Studio Company.

"Hello. Good afternoon. This is blah blah from *some studio company*.
You have been given a complimentary photo shoot...."

sounds all professional,
i was still pretty much in a shock.
Dont remember joining any contests or giving my mobile no. to anyone.

"Oh, okie...*shocked shocked SHOCKED*"

"May I know when will you be able to come down?
We have our own stylists, make up artists, etc....*YAKKED non-stop*"

excuse me, shouldnt she be letting me answer her question FIRST,
before she YAKKED about all the information which im SO NOT INTERESTED in.

"ERM(very LOUDLY), i wont be free till..."

before yours truly can finish her sentence,
she said,

(DAMN LOUDLY, ma chiam shouting into the phone)
"How old are you ah? You sound quite young."

(irritated that she, from being professional, to such a RUDE auntie!)
"22 (in my most stern voice)"

"OH, ok. Bye."

SHE HANGED UP ON ME!

i wanna strangle her.
i was in the midst of an exciting drama, okie!




AUNTIES, aunties...
TWENTY-something also have spending power one hor~

You havent seen the world.

But even if im that cash-rich,
i rather spend it on
CLOTHES!
BAGS!
SHOES!
WATCHES!

than some "well taken" pictures.
(havent you heard the wonders of photoshop or fireworks?)


Anyway,
if you want people to do their photo shoot/portfolio with you,
you should charm them with your good service.

and it all started with how you talk to your potential customers.

SALES,
as easy as ABC.


It's the right mindset you lacked.
