If you're not supposed to drink and drive, then why do Pubs have parking lots?
my answer would be:
those lots are meant for men who accompany women to pubs/clubs,
attempting to make them drunk,
and of course, the men sipped their alcohols (NOT DRINK)
while women gulped (NOT SIPPED).
