was discussing aussie exchange rate over dinner...
and i casually told them over dinner that my bf is leaving for aussie...
after dinner,
had a "private" conversation with mum
mum: "your bf going to aussie to study ah?"
me: "hmmm...ya lor...this June..."
mum: "like that, wouldn't u be very sad?"
me: -__-"
of course, i didn't break down and cry to my mum and all...
she will probably give me a thrashing for being so weak...
Because to her,
a woman has to be independent.
