Snorkeling!
Initially before the trip,
Bei had suggested to learn scuba-diving.
And I was like "Okay!".
But honestly,
anything that's not on land scares me,
particularly the big sea.
So, I kind of gave excuses like "ah, need spend so much to learn, a bit waste of money hor?"
And then,
the trip came and we didnt learn scuba-diving (hehe!).
Bei did snorkeling before,
so he was very particular about bringing bread.
He said that when you have bread in the water,
the fishes will swim to you to eat it
so it makes it more fun.
I was like "er..okayyyy....".
We ka-po bread from the morning breakfast and the dinner the night before.
The brown round buns are tasty but Bei said it is for the fishes. -.-"

Da captain on board.
Hanging legs,
I pity the girl seated there.
Bei falling asleep already.
The sparkling star on the shades were photo-shopped on,
lol.
Flippers,
I think that's what it's called.
The blue sky touching the blue sea,
bliss!
And off we go,
one by one,
we hopped off the boat.
I looked so excited here,
but my heart was thumping so fast!
So damn scary!!!
I just kept swimming and swimming,
all the while keeping a look out for Bei and the boat.
It's quite an eye-opening experience for me.
I've never in my entire life,
jumped into the deep sea.
And what's more scary is,
when you look into the sea,
you cant see any fishes nor corals and it is pitch dark blue.
That really freaks me out,
cos it means that it is crazily deep down there.
And when I saw that,
I just close my eyes and swim for my life to the shallower waters.
These gorgeous photos are taken using Steph's camera!
(THANKS, STEPH!!!!)
Here's my face in your face,
I think I was almost crying from the fear.
LOL
All these photos are taken by one of the staff,
who so kindly offered his help.
It was TOO deep to snorkel near to the corals and fishes.
Naise!!!
That's me "flipping" quickly away,
while Bei follow me behind.
I think I was more like swimming than snorkeling so much
that Bei actually ask me why am I swimming so fast.
ME IS SCARED!
The ONE AND ONLY photo of us in the water together.
MAD MAD LOVE THIS PHOTO!
The fishes there doesn't seem attracted to the bread we offered.
:(
It's really beautiful,
but I doubt I have the balls to do it again.
(unless of course, it's Maldives cos the sharks are vegetarian)
Hello, NEMOs!
