I feel as if I'm some chick heading for the clubs, like the good old days when life's too short not to party.

Or rather, that's how I feel others would think of me now.

Except that it's not the truth.

I just left behind a whining baby who has been giving me the cold shoulder the whole evening and only started to look at me when I'm about to go out.

Does she know that I'm abandoning her for a girls' night out, just that it's not a night out but a dinner?

She must have known, could she?

Wtf why do I feel like I'm cheating, as if I'm having an affair?!

That GUILT

Is that the mother's guilt?

Okay since I'm out, I'm not going to think so much. Sighs.

This year, we are keeping things simple,

by not celebrating at all, lol.

Amidst all the house renovations and what not,

there isn't exactly a budget to spend on celebrations.

regret all the bags buying in the past.

Feeling damn insecure every time I look at my bank's balance,

but I know God provides.

And when we finally get our own place,

the bank balance will grow again.

Because God provides.

Excel Expert here, ahem!

Attended a 2 day Advanced Excel course at ISCA, because every CA needs to clock 20 CPE hours (Yo, that's me!). Eh, am I boring u already? Lol, actually because I love excel. I know right, I don't know why I get very excited with Excel wtf.

I am already an Excel Expert (flips hair) cos I've attended the Excel Expert course by Microsoft. WHICH WAS A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY but never mind, cos not I pay de! But seriously, the things the teach are so elementary!

BUT BUT BUT this one by ISCA IS GOOD!
I already know how to use macro, so my purpose of attending this course was to learn more macro functions. BOY OH BOY, now I can even create simple dashboard (do u know what I am talking about? Pls say no cos I'm supposed to be the expert here. Lol)

Anyway the course damn damn useful, learned super alot of exciting shortcuts.
Did I say excel is exciting? Told u I love excel liao. My next quarter reports are gonna blow everyone's mind, that's if I'm hardworking enough to change everything la.

Super happy back to school kind of feel and also get to meet Baby Sah and Sammie for lunch breaks! I feel I ma chiam damn successful cos I'm married with kid and still improving myself. Next year, I'm gonna attending the designing macro course, that's what the lecturer said I should if I wanna learn all the script dope. Ya, I even talked to the lecturer like a goody two shoes nerd.

Dreading going back to work next Monday cos work confirm snowballed like siao. Sian. But I go back as a zai excel user wtf.

I was in line waiting to pay at the cashier at Ikea and there's this girl who is a little meaty.

Me: "Bei, am I fatter than her?" (in my heart, I was thinking I am smaller than her)

Bei: "I don't know."

Me: "help me see, I stand closer to her!"

Bei: "same eh."

Me: "huh, I'm so fat?! :'( "

Bei: "actually, I think you are bigger."

Me: *heartbroken* "I thought I'm smaller size than her ehhhhhhhhh. Sob!

What I've been up to!

Food poisoning,

and I lost 3 KG!

Wtf, this works better than exercise or any diet seriously.

But I thought I was gonna die from vomiting and lau-sai-ing.

Now I see curry chicken, I shudders.

In fact, any kind of curry.

Being a mother,

I fear falling sick and dying from it.

Sighs.

Each time I fall sick,

I pray I stay alive cos all these few rounds of falling sick seems too serious for me to take it.

I've been busy with baby, work, new house.

Anyway, honeybun's a very blessed baby because everyone dotes on her.

Motherhood is awesome.

It is well, I can't believe I'm saying this,

but it is fulfilling.

When your baby sees you and smile at you.

When she gets comforted only by you.

It kinds of make me feel that it's worth all the pain I went thru labour.

Maybe I'll have another one.

ESSENTIALS TO BUY:

1. Wifi SD Card for the camera

so that I can stop using my phone to take picture of my honeybun,

and start using my camera. Need to get one with a huge arse capacity. 

Erm, don't know if my camera can take it not cos' it's so old liao. Zzz

Come to think of it, actually this is not really essential. 

I doubt I can ever step into Funan Mall to get it. No time!

2. Baby's high chair

This is from Ikea and it's only $109. Cheap yeah?

But super sad cos' it's out of stock but Bei placed an order for it le. 

This will fit our new house colour theme very well and it looks so easy to clean!

3. Baby's play mat

This is gonna be difficult cos Bei wants it to be super colourful.

Which play mat for babies isn't colourful?

Now he wants those numbers or alphabets puzzle kind,

which you can put them together to form a huge mat.

But I want a play mat,

like a real play mat ONE PIECE kind.

There's so many brands to choose from,

and not cheap.

I wanna buy those high-end ones.

By high-end, I mean those really thick ones and huge ones.

They cost hundreds.

A small piece probably costs like $300?

Wtf, all these companies selling baby products make good money!

Cos they know the mummies will buy anything for their babies!

Some even selling those playmat which u can use a pen to scan the mat,

and they will read out the word or something like that.

It's so genius la!

A play mat which the baby can learn words or ABCs!

I need to research on that.

See! I'm one of the mummies that fall for such stuffs WILLINGLY.

4. Dior Sunblock

Enough of baby stuffs.

I think my current tube is finishing.

I have been a royal fan of Dior Sunblock for the longest time,

since they started selling it!

I was 18 back then,

and got my 1st bottle (used to be in a bottle) in DFS.

SO IT HAS BEEN ALMOST 10 YEARS!!!!

5. Pacifier

Can't get enough of baby stuffs, seriously!

Honeybun has outgrown her current pacifier,

so I need to get her a 6 months and up pacifier.

Been trying so hard to find a Hello Kitty pacifier but to no avail.

Sighs,

I don't wanna resign to buying some lamb or train cartoon pacifier *pouts*

I fell sick,

actually damn sick,

considering a 39 degrees fever + flu + cough.

I was so damn scared and worried 

that I would be so suay to get bird flu.

For the first time in my life,

I wanted to stay alive so badly,

because I have a baby at home waiting for me.

Because my life now is my baby.

Because my responsibility now is my baby.

Because I have to see her grow up.

Because I wanna be there for her.

Because I wanna see her every milestone.

What being a mother changes...me...

Dying means going to heaven, reunited with God, pretty much that.

But now Dying also means leaving the little one behind,

and just the thought of it breaks my heart.

So,

all sort of vaccinations,

I'm having you!

Starting on Vit D3-1000IU today as well,

which said (on the bottle) promotes bones, immune, breast and colon health.

Hmm, 

when it says breast,

does it means boobs?

I think not,

cos the breast there has no "s" behind.

I'm gonna try to sneak these vitamins into Bei's meals/drinks,

which is a difficult task.

My husband is my other baby,

who cant swallow pills.

I know right,

only little kids have this problem.

Why I would STILL vote for PAP?

If you had read my previous blog entry,

you would have known the mosquitoes problem.

So, I emailed the minister and got a reply back the very next day.

I must say it is still very effective raising concerns to the minister(s).

Many many years back,

I wrote my first email to a minister and everything worked out.

This time round,

I emailed my second to another minister (since I've moved),

and it kind of worked out.

I wouldn't say it worked out totally,

because there are still many FUCKING MOSQUITOES!

Anyway,

There are still mosquitoes,

I've download the mosquito repellent app,

bought the mosquito trap 

(which doesn't seems to work and so far, had caught none, only caught fruit flies wtf).

I've also been dressing honeybun in whites,

old folks said dark colours attract mosquitoes.

Maid has been spraying Baygon everyday.

I don't wanna apply repellent on baby,

cos she has the habit of rubbing her face and licking her hands.

Does those mosquito sticker patch works?

Any side effects?

I'm so worried that she gets dengue.

What if she gets it?

I'm gonna complain COMPLAIN!!!!!

What's the next level I can complain to?

I've already complained to the minister!

Bei and I have been battling the mosquitoes for the past few nights.

Damn drain works going on in front of the house,

all the fucking dirty water and leaves,

breeding all the fucking mosquitoes.

Maid probably use a bottle of Baygon per day.

Woke up this morning to find my honeybun with 4 mosquitoes bites.

FUCK YOU MOSQUITOES!

DIEEEE!

Just 1 hour ago,

I've gotten 6 bites,

GAN DU LAN TO THE MAX.

CANNOT TAKE THIS FUCKING SHIT ANYMORE!

So,

I emailed the MP.

All I can do now is wait for her reply,

which I hope is soon,

before I get dengue wtf.

The last time when I emailed the MP when I was still staying with my mom,

the reply was fast and the MP really acted on it, 

listened to my feedback and all.

I'm going Hong Kong and is thinking of bagging a bag back. Hehe, and the thought just flourishes as each passing day. I get more and more serious about it and started to have a checklist wtf. 

I don't know why I always lose myself in LV despite already having a couple and have been telling myself enuf of LV already la. Then then I remembered Prada, my second favorite. The first is Chanel but seriously can they stop the ridiculous price hike?!  

I'm so torn between the mini bag from LV and Prada and the wallet on chain from Chanel. I wanna buy a mini bag so that when honeybun is bigger, I can share the mini bag with her. I'm spoiling her wtf. 

Or should I just spurge on a Chanel 2.55? Wtf decisions, no money.

I'm sorry the picture is really badly taken lol. But this is cute too! They have nice colours like red or pink! But ah, think I will get black too (so boring again, need I say more). 

I guess mainly I'm set on black cos I wanna to be able to use it and also honeybun can use it. So black is good for kids in case they drag it on the floor so dirty also can't see lol. Plus black so easy to match clothes.

This also cute, actually not much diff from the one above expect for the lack of 2 top handles. This is also significantly cheaper. This is well not so good for honeybun cos no handles for honeybun to hold so die die can only sling nia.

Well, this pink document holder impressed me with the compartments inside. It's as though it's a wallet on chain, literally.

HELLO MY LOVE WALLET ON CHAIN, i've been in love with u for quite some time already even though I find u not worthy of the price tag but why u are sold out in Chanel stores. You are small and expensive, I still can't part with SGD 2.6k for you cos I have a daughter to feed now. 

I still don't understand how can something so small be of the same price tag of a Prada which can fit A4!!?!? This Chanel ah, the price hike never ending one!

Good morning! Having a baby makes me have a better lifestyle, been waking up early...but sleeping later? Ok maybe not a healthy lifestyle afterall. 

Honeybun will be sleeping with Bei and me tonight and tomorrow. Why do I feel I'm gonna look like a zombie for cny? 

CARROT CAKE! That's Bei's brekkie but he eat until scared le so it's MY BREKKIE HO HO HO!

My brekkie was bean curd so it became my tea break instead. Ate alot today 

All fat fat one! Carrot cake, fried rice with a sunny side up, bean curd, agar agar (jelly).

What's for dinner? Hmm I mean supper? Seriously is there a term for dinner cum supper? There's a term for brekkie cum lunch so there should be one for dinner cum supper right?

Honeybun's sleeping now, finally after singing 30mins or was it 45 mins of bla bla black sheeps. 

Seems like it's getting tougher to get honeybun to zzz ever since she started zzz in the yao lan. Sighs. Her tinylove bed is getting too small for her. I'm so tempted to get her a mini cot but I know it will be a waste of money cos we already have a huge cot but it's too huge for our miserable small room. It can fit but there will be zero walking space.

Honeybun, u tahan a few more months k, we will have our own place and your own room will be able to accommodate your cot and possibly all the toys too. Oh and wardrobe. Damn I need a walk in wardrobe for her. Wondering if it's possible to have a combined walk in wardrobe for me, Bei and honeybun.

But I'm so anal, I dun want people to snoop through my stuffs esp my bags when picking out baby clothes. If I have a maid, she will be able to see all my treasures when she picks baby clothes, right? I have so many things I think I have at least 80 shoes, 10 pairs at Bei's place and remaining 70 pairs at my house. They have been waiting for me to bring them along to the new house. Sighs dunoo still can wear ma, been so long since I touched them.

And my bags, I wonder if they turned mouldy?  I think the one bag that is really worth my money is my lv speedy which I've used to death, literally! I need a bigger house (stares at Bei who is smiling at his pc, that man keeps on gaming, shakes head).

Big house or small house doesn't matter as long as we stick together as a family, must have love of course la!

Still no regrets choosing love over bread. I could have an easy life but I chose love knowing that it may get tough (Thank goodness not too tough yet, PRAISE THE LORD!).
